If you want to make more money, you can simply offer more services because you widen your audience of customers. You can get more customers if you offer five services instead of two. Or take it even further and you can offer 20 services instead of five.

However, most often than not, if you just add services because you want to "get more customers", it ends up slowing you down and costing you more money. In this episode, I breakdown when you should offer new services, the kind of services they should be, what services to stay away from, and how this affects your overall business.
